Office Policies and Payment Options How are appointments scheduled?
Appointments can be made by phone or via our website.
As a general rule, children under the age of 7 are seen in the morning. Dr. Yehezkel has found that this improves the experience a child has in the dental office.
For older children, we do our best to ensure that children miss the least amount of school time.
Dental appointments are an excused absence, and we can provide a written note.
Orthodontic appointments are typically scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays, including evening appointments on Tuesdays. This affords more flexibility for teens and adults that require late appointments.
Can I stay with my child during his or her visit?
We always invite the parents to accompany their child into the treatment bay, and enjoy the great conversations. If you wish to wait in the reception room; we appreciate your confidence in us. You may come back and check on your child’s progress at anytime.
How about finances?
Payment for professional services is due at the time treatment is rendered.
We can make payment plans upon request.
We will pre-authorize your insurance for all recommended treatment.
We submit dental insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients.
No insurance pays 100% for all procedures. Most plans will pay between 50-80%, but there can be exceptions. Most plans have yearly deductibles.
Benefits are defined by your insurance company. We strongly advise you to familiarize yourself with your policy and guidelines.
